James E. "Sam" Johnston is the owner of Sentinel Title, LLC and boasts over 30 years of experience handling real estate, corporate, and probate matters in the state of Alabama. A graduate of The University of Alabama and The Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, Sam has been a licensed attorney in the state of Alabama since 1988. Sam is an approved attorney for Stewart Title Guaranty Company, First American Title Insurance Company, Chicago Title and Old Republic Title Holding Company. His thorough knowledge of every aspect of real estate transactions include residential, commercial, rural development, multi-family and IRS Section 1031 exchange transactions.
